Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Denver time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
1. Brand and Identity Design:

• Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of the brand across all mediums.
  

2. Website Design:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly modern website designs aligned with brand identity.
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality.

3. UX/UI Design:
Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, apps, or digital platforms.
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing to improve user experience.
Stay updated with modern design trends and UX/UI best practices.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling designs.
Present design concepts and iterations effectively to clients and team members.

5. Tool Proficiency:
Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms to execute high-quality designs.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
   
   
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in design roles.
     
   • Demonstrated expertise in brand and identity design, website design, and UX/UI design.
     
     
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
     
   • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
     
     
4. UX/UI Skills:
   • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
     
   • Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
     
     
5. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, website design, and UX/UI projects.
   
   
6. Communication:
   • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
     
   • Ability to present and defend design concepts to clients and team members effectively.
     
     
7. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
   
   
8. Adaptability: Knowledge of current design trends and ability to adapt to evolving design technologies and practices.
